The kids’ greatest strength is their DETERMINATION. Each wants different things, and once they know what that is, they WON’T GIVE UP UNTIL THEY GET IT. The hatchlings single-mindedly chase down their goals, and anything that gets in the way is an obstacle. Unfortunately for Ed, he’s usually the obstacle! They show all the usual kid emotions, but they’re always quick to come back to their beloved family.
